Barcelona launch Willian bid

Barcelona have made an offer worth £60m for Chelsea attacker Willian. Manchester United have been strongly linked with a move for the 29-year-old over the last month and it has been claimed that Red Devils boss is confident of signing the Brazilian. However, according to Daily Mail, having had an opening £50m bid rejected by Chelsea, Barcelona have returned with a £60m offer.
