Aymeric Laporte reacts to Manchester City’s Erling Haaland announcement

Manchester City confirmed today that they have reached an agreement in principle with Borussia Dortmund for the transfer of Erling Haaland to the City on 1st July 2022.
Haaland is currently one of the best young players in Europe. The 21-year-old has made overall 29 appearances this season in which he has scored 28 goals and provided 8 assists.
The Norwegian has been with Dortmund since 2019 and overall he has made 88 appearances in which he has scored 85 goals and provided 23 assists.
Following the announcement, City star Aymeric Laporte has taken to Twitter to share his thoughts.
He wrote: “Happy not to be running after this guy for the next couple of years Welcome Erling ✌.”
