Atletico Madrid respond to Manchester United's bid for signing Kieran Trippier

Atletico Madrid have reportedly rejected an opening bid from Manchester United for Kieran Trippier. The Red Devils have made a formal move for the England star after making him a priority target this summer. However, according to Football Insider, the offer of around £10million has been knocked back for Trippier and they will need to increase it to seal a deal. The right-back, who turns 31 in September, is currently with the England squad preparing for their Euros opener against Croatia on Sunday.
