Atletico Madrid are willing to offer Nikola Kalinic and Gelson Martins in order to get a deal over the line for Alvaro Morata. (via TEAMtalk)
Both players arrived in the summer and have struggled at Atletico, and both have been linked with January exits.
Atletico would only let one of the two join the Blues as part of the Morata deal, though they are hopeful of offloading both during the January transfer window.
It has been reported that Spanish side will have to pay €3m loan fee to secure Morata until the end of the season with an option to make the deal permanent in June. (via Goal)
However, they are only willing to pay half of Morata’s £120,000-per-week salary while the Blues are insistent that Atletico should cover the full cost.
Morata has started 24 times this season and has scored 9 goals for Chelsea.
