Atalanta president details "crazy" negotiations with Manchester United for Amad Traore

Atalanta president Antonio Percassi has spoken on details of negotiations between the club and Manchester United for Amad Traore. The Red Devils completed the signing of the highly-rated winger for £37million during the summer transfer window. Speaking about the duration negotiations, Percassi claimed the teenager was on radar of United for almost 12 months. He told Italian publication L'Eco di Bergamo, in quotes carried by Sport Witness: “The negotiation with Manchester lasted almost a year. "The details and the scenarios are crazy. Meeting after meeting we learned unimaginable things. "This leads to the growth of the club and enriches the work of everyone, from the general manager, Umberto Marino, to the entire staff.”
