Mikel Arteta is reportedly interested in Sevilla's Youssef En-Nesyri.
As
ABC Sevilla states, the striker has lots of interest from plenty of clubs, including Arsenal.
It's claimed that En-Nesyri's agent has got offers, however he said ‘no, again and again’.
Arteta's side is one of those clubs that have tried to convince the attacker.
According to the reports. the Spaniard head-coach informed the club chief Vinai Venkatesham the player can be the ‘benchmark of the Gunners attack’.
Venkatesham gave his approval to sign Julen Lopetegui’s star, but the deal didn’t go through because the Moroccan had no intention to leave Sevilla.
On September 8th,
La Colina de Nervión reported the Gunners view En-Nesyri as an ‘ideal’ candidate to replace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at the Emirates.
La Razón also had a short update from the weekend, stating that the north Londoners are in the picture to sign the attacker.
