Arsene Wenger thinks Harry Kane could achieve his ambitions of winning trophies without leaving Tottenham. The England captain has been linked with a potential exit, despite having three years remaining on his contract with Spurs. Kane’s future has come under further scrutiny since Tottenham's shocking Europa League exit to Dinamo Zagreb, however, Wenger believes it is unfair to judge the club at the current position. “Tottenham are in a position where they can be ambitious and we should not maybe judge only today’s situation,” he told beIN Sports. “Tottenham was top of the league in December. There were a few times when they were top of the league when I was still at Arsenal. “He is the only one who can assess the situation. A player like that is always solicited by other clubs and always has to assess his situation. “He was until now a real top leader at Tottenham. He’s a top leader in the English national team.
