Arsenal are reportedly considering triggering the release clause of RB Leipzig's Tyler Adams in the summer. The American international will be available for £32.25m.
Mikel Arteta's side were linked with a move for Adams over the last transfer window, but he was not part of their spending spree in the end.
According to German publication SportBILD, the interest has not waned and Arsenal may return with an offer next summer.
Adams, who is a central midfielder, can also fill in at right-back, which adds to the appeal for Arteta.
The 22-year-old first made his name with New York Red Bulls, making his debut in 2016 before RB Leipzig snapped him up for just £2m in 2019.
Adams has since made 75 appearances for the Bundesliga club, including gaining Champions League experience, playing against both Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain this season.
