Unai Emery faces battle with five clubs for Hector Herrera's signature: Who will win the race?

Reports in Italy claim that Arsenal will have to fight off stiff competition for the signature of Hector Herrera. Arsenal made a number of important signings last term as they brought in Bernd Leno, Matteo Guendouzi, Lucas Torreira, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Stephan Lichtsteiner. Now Unai Emery and Arsenal board are interested in free agency market with Porto’s Ander Herrera could be a good option. Italian outlet Tutto Mercato Web claim Arsenal are aiming to get Herrera on board in the summer. However, they are not alone in targeting the midfielder, who has won 70 caps for Mexico. Wolves are also interested in bringing Herrera to the Premier League when he quits Porto. Roma have apparently attempted to put a deal in place for Herrera this month. Roma’s rivals Inter Milan have cast their eye towards Herrera as he approaches the end of his deal. Two Spanish clubs are keen on Herrera too, with Sevilla and Atletico Madrid lining him up for a switch.
