Arsenal targeting £31m Italian star as Aaron Ramsey replacement

Arsenal are continuing the hunt for the Aaron Ramsey replacement. Italian wonder kid Nicola Barella is the latest target for the gunners, according to The Sun. Unai Emery’s side have been linked with a January move for Cagliari midfielder. Sport Witness claim the Gunners have ‘noted’ the abilities of the 21-year-old. The Italian has impressed Gunners scouts and the club are now set to join Manchester United and Liverpool in the £31m battle for his signature. After negotiations failed between the club and Ramsey, Arsenal fans seem resigned to the fact the Welshman is heading out the door at the Emirates.
