Arsenal target wants to stay at Barcelona
Barcelona attacker Denis Suarez, who has been linked with a move to Arsenal, is determined to prove himself at the Catalan club.
The 24-year-old scored three times in 27 appearances for Barcelona last season, but he has not been in the plans of head coach Ernesto Valverde the early stages of the 2018-19 campaign.
Suarez has not played a single minute of La Liga football this term, with his only action - two first-team appearances - coming in the Copa del Rey and Champions League.
AS previously reported that Suarez was contemplating his future at the Camp Nou and now according to Goal.com, Suarez is convinced that he can still make the grade at Barcelona, and will not seek a move at the start of 2019.
He played under Arsenal boss Unai Emery at Sevilla during his loan spell at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan during the 2014/15 season.
