Arsenal target Nicolas Tagliafico has hinted he could move to the Premier League at the end of the season.
Tagliafico has been linked with a move away from Ajax. Real Madrid, Barcelona and Arsenal were rumoured to be in the race for the 26-year-old.
“I think in the summer it could be a natural time to take the step. But I try not to think about taking that step just yet because we have many important games to focus on,” Tagliafico told reporters.
“Yes, it’s flattering (interest from the Premier League) because I think it’s the most competitive league. When you are a child, the target is to come to Europe and play in a top league like the Premier League. I came to Ajax because of the philosophy, the style of football and the club.”
The Left-back joined Ajax from Independiente in January 2018 and has made 37 appearances for the Dutch side providing five goals and six assists.
