Arsenal striker closes in on £2million move to Greek Super League

Arsenal striker Chuba Akpom is set to leave the Emirates for a move to Greek Super League side PAOK. The 22-year-old joined the Gunners as a youngster at the age of six and worked his way up through the ranks to play in the academy teams and the England youth set up. Last season he moved to Sint-Truiden in the Belgian Second Division in a loan deal. He will leave Arsenal having played for six other clubs while on the books at the Emirates. Akpom was also sent to Brentford, Coventry City, Nottingham Forest and Hull City, scoring 13 goals across all competitions during his time spent away from the Gunners. He made 12 senior appearances for his parent club, although he did not score.
