Arsenal star Matteo Guendouzi called up to the France U21s squad

Arsenal star Matteo Guendouzi, initially called up to the France U20s squad, has been called up to the France U21s squad for the first time for their upcoming game against Croatia. 6 months ago, the 19-year-old was playing in the French second division, before his move to Arsenal. The Gunner’s head coach Unai Emery put his faith in him for the big games in the opening of the season and he delivered. Guendouzi has won 45 duels and 15 fouls in the Premier League 2018/19, more than any other player born in 1999 or after.
