PSG player Yacine Adli , who is one of the Ligue 1 champions’ highest rated youngsters, has rejected very lucrative terms to remain in Paris leaving the club desperate to convince him to stay. Instead, the 17-year-old commented to join Arsenal who will be required to play a compensation fee.
Arsenal Spanish coach Unai Emery is aware that the youngster’s contract expires this summer and he is expected to act soon with promises to give him playing time – something that the French side failed to do.
Adli attracted Arsenal attention due to his performance in the Under-17 World Cup, making five assists in the tournament – more than any other player in the competition.
Adli trained with the first team several times at PSG and impressed the likes of Dani Alves and Kylian Mbappe, and finally made his debut on the last day of the season against Caen.
