Arsenal receive injury boost ahead of Liverpool clash

Arsenal have received an injury boost, with six players being close to their return to the game ahead of Liverpool clash. Gunners will be on action for their Carabao Cup tie versus Jurgen Klopp's side on Thursday evening. And Cedric Soares, who is back to full training after recent setbacks, is likely to be included in the first team squad for the upcoming clash. Sokratis Papastathopoulos has also returned to training, while Emile Smith Rowe is “integrating back into training”, though he is yet to be fit for match action. Calum Chambers and Shkodran Mustafi are close to be back to full training after October international break. Arsenal has no injury issues from Monday’s Liverpool match as well. Pablo Mari is expected to return in the next two weeks, while Gabriel Martinelli is set to be fit before the end of the year.
