It's claimed that the Serie A side would accept an offer of €60m (£52m) as they would have to pay 20% of any future sale back to Basaksehir as part of the agreement when they signed the Turkey international in the summer of 2017.
The winger has scored two goals and made three assists in seven appearances across all competitions so far this season.
