Arsenal plan £32m January transfer bid to save season

Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Sevilla star Joan Jordan for £32million next month. Mikel Arteta's side are in need of extra firepower with Mikel Arteta’s side 15th in the Premier League after 15 games. They won for the first time in eight league matches on Boxing Day with a 3-1 defeat of Chelsea, however, Arteta remains keen on adding to his squad in the January transfer window. According to The Sun Jordan is a January target for the Gunners, with the north London club tracking him for the past three years. The midfielder has a £55m release clause in his contract, but Sevilla would be willing to listen to offers of around £32m, the report adds.
