Arsenal do not want to re-sign Fabregas

Arsenal do not want to re-sign their former captain Cesc Fabregas, according to El Mundo Deportivo. The 31-year-old became a firm favourite at the Emirates, racking up 212 Premier League appearances during eight years at the club having debuted for them aged 16. Chelsea star has managed just 12 minutes of top-flight football since new boss Maurizio Sarri arrived and he recently refused to rule out a return to Arsenal. However, the Gunners are not looking at a deal to take the Spaniard back to north London. The newspaper quotes an unnamed Arsenal source as saying: “We do not consider the return of Cesc.”
