Arsenal head to Dubai for training camp and the match

Arsenal is heading to Dubai during the international break for a training camp. The Gunners will play a match against Al-Nasr Dubai SC on Tuesday, March 26. The match will mark the formal opening of the newly built Al Maktoum Stadium. During the five-day trip, the squad will visit the Rashid Paediatric Centre and the palace of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance. Head coach Unai Emery will use the training camp as a key part of our preparations for the run-in and the Premier League home fixture against Newcastle United on Monday, April 1. He said: “It will be great to get some warm weather training and break up the usual routine as we enter the final stage of the season. The facilities in Dubai are fantastic and it will be an honour to be part of the formal opening ceremony for the new stadium.”
