Arsenal have €32m bid rejected

AS Roma have rejected a €32m bid from Arsenal for Cengiz Under, having set the price-tag at €50m. Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham have been linked with a move for the winger, however, the first offer came from the Gunners and it was turned down by Roma, who have long decided his price-tag is €50m. The 21-year-old under has scored five goals with five assists in 19 appearances for Roma and he also has four goals in 17 senior caps for Turkey.
