Arsenal are VERY close to complete a massive deal

According to what has been reported by Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal are close to sign Nicolas Pepe.  24-year-old Ivory Coast international, who has impressed European tops last season with his incredible 22 goals and 11 assists in 33 matches for LOSC Lille, has decided to join the Gunners. https://twitter.com/FabrizloRomano/status/1154778365531832320 Pepe has been linked with Liverpool, Manchester United and Napoli. Lille president Gerard Lopez has earlier confirmed Nicolas will leave French side.  And as reported by Romano, Pepe has chosen Arsenal over other PL tops.
