On Thursday evening Gunners have progressed to the last 32 of the Europa League drawing 0-0 with Sporting Lisbon while London club Chelsea ensured its progress with a narrow 1-0 win over BATE Borisov. The two EPL teams were among the seven clubs to qualify for the next round, including the Bundesliga's Eintracht Frankfurt and Italian side Lazio, while Dinamo Kiev, Bayer Leverkusen and Zurich all progressed in the later kickoffs.
