Arsenal can bounce back at Brighton – Ray Parlour

VBET ambassador Ray Parlour fancies Arsenal to banish their Man City blues by winning at Brighton Saturday. The Gunners lost 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, with injuries to key personnel and David Luiz’s sending-off further unwanted issues on a difficult night. But Arsenal legend Parlour feels Mikel Arteta’s men – a 6-4 chance with VBET to win at the Amex Stadium – might just have enough firepower to overcome relegation-threatened Brighton. He told VBET: “Brighton at home to Arsenal is a seriously tough one to call. “Arsenal’s recent record against Brighton is not great, with the Gunners drawing 1-1 at the Amex last season. Albion also won 2-1 at the Emirates in December. “It’s a tricky game to assess. Brighton are obviously in a massive relegation battle, while Arsenal are trying make amends for that poor performance against Man City. “Graham Potter’s men will be saying, ‘Come on, let’s try and take advantage of this and get all three points’, but hopefully Arsenal will bounce back. “The most important thing for Mikel Arteta now is to get his players mentally focused. I’m sure he’ll be saying, ‘Look, Man City’s gone now. Let’s concentrate on Saturday’s game’. “Arsenal will have to make a few changes because of the injuries they suffered against City. Sokratis could come back into defence, while Lacazette should return to the starting XI. “We’ll have to see on the team selection, but I just think Arsenal will have a little bit too much going forward. “It’s a tough one, but I’m going to go for Arsenal to win. “They need a win if they want any chance of getting into that top four or top five, so I’m going to go for a 2-1 victory for Arsenal.”
