<p>Lionel Messi opened the scoring from a penalty kick, meanwhile, Julian Alvarez scored a double.</p>

<p>Messi&#39;s assist for Alvarez&#39;s second goal was his eighth assist in World Cups and he equaled Diego Maradona&#39;s record.</p>
