Liverpool will sell Dejan Lovren this summer, that's according to Daytrippers panellist Grizz Khan. Lovren, 31, has made just 10 Premier League appearances this season for Jurgen Klopp’s side and 15 appearances in all competitions.
The centre-back will be leaving the club sooner or later but Khan has named a price at which he believes the Liverpool hierarchy will be willing to sell the player.
When discussing the player, he said: “He’s 31, injury-prone, hardly gets a game unless the others are injured. If we get a decent-size fee for him, he goes now, if not, we just extend the contract automatically and sell him next summer. I think if we get anything of around £9m or £10m, he’s gone.”
Lovren joined Anfield in July 2014 from Southampton in a deal reportedly worth £22.77m and since his arrival, he has played on 185 occasions for the club.
