Anthony Joshua told to watch DVDs of Lennox Lewis fights in order to beat Andy Ruiz Jr

Anthony Joshua has been told to watch DVDs of Lennox Lewis’ fights in order to beat Andy Ruiz Jr in their rematch for heavyweight titles on December 7 in Saudi Arabia. Former champion David Haye has told Joshua to follow Lewis’ lead. Haye said: “He needs to watch Lennox Lewis fights non-stop between now and fight night. Just keep it long, do what Lennox Lewis used to do against shorter guys, keep him at the end of the jab and when he rushes in, hit him with the big uppercut or right hand. “Sounds real simple because the guy is so physically inferior to him, he should be able to win seven rounds. Aim to win the fight on points and if there's a knockout that's a bonus. “What you don't want to do is stand toe-to-toe and try and get this little guy out of there. If he can win the fight the first one will just go down as a hiccup that can happen, same as Hasim Rahman or Oliver McCall with Lennox Lewis.”
