Anthony Joshua posed a question to fans on social media, comparing himself to Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte. The unified heavyweight champion wanted to see how people think he stacks up against his British rivals in terms of their respective chins.
AJ posted: “Who has the better punch resistance? The names below are who have put the fighter down. Fury – Neven Pajkic, Steve Cunningham, Deontay Wilder, John McDermott.
“Joshua – Andy Ruiz, Wladimir Klitschko. Whyte – Joseph Parker, Oscar Rivas, Anthony Joshua.”
In truth, AJ made a mistake in this post as McDermott never knocked Fury down. He then followed it up by posting pictures of own his two knockdowns against Ruiz and Klitschko.
And added the captions: “I’m not perfect, but I’m trying. Never let success get to your head or failures get to your heart.”
Although he has been put down by the lowest number of different fighters, AJ has suffered the most career knockdowns in total.
