Andy Robertson has reacted to Trent Alexander-Arnold's new assist record for Liverpool.

The young defender recorded his 50th assist for the Reds during the club's 4 - 0 win over Arsenal on Saturday.

Roberston took to <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CWgn65po6WB/">Instagram</a> to share his praise for his teammate, writing: <em>"</em><span class=""><em>Special special player"</em> accompanied by clapping hands emojis.  </span>
