Andy Robertson provides an update on newcomer Ibrahima Konate

Andy Robertson has provided an update on Ibrahima Konate, claiming the club newcomer "has settled in magnificently”. Konate is yet to make his debut for Jurgen Klopp's side, however, according to Robertson, the defender has already adapted his new life at Anfield. “Ibou [Konate] has settled in magnificently, and tying these players [new contracts] down to hopefully their best years ahead of them is key. It’s great to have them all signed up, who knows what will happen, but this squad is a competitive squad,” Robertson told the club’s official website. “We all love playing with each other, we all love being in a changing room together and keeping that together is sometimes more important than adding new faces. Look, new faces will come and go, they already have done.”
