Andy Cole makes Donny van de Beek prediction amid Manchester United struggles

  Andy Cole believes "it's only a matter of time" before Donny Van De Beek "shows everyone what he can do" at Manchester United. The Red Devils summer signing has found his playing time limited at the club, having started just two Premier League appearances, while he was an unused substitute during last weekend's Manchester derby. However, despite the former Ajax midfielder's recent struggles, Cole has a positive view on the player's future at Old Trafford. "I really like Donny van de Beek and I was very excited when Manchester United signed him this summer," he said on The Target Men podcast. "He probably hasn’t played as much as he would have liked, but he has performed well when he has had the opportunities on the pitch. "I think it’s only a matter of time until he gets a consistent run in the team and shows everyone exactly what he can do. "Van de Beek will soon cement his place in this Manchester United team and we will move forward together."
