Andy Cole aims dig at Liverpool over comparisons with Man Utd's treble winners

Andy Cole has aimed a cheeky dig at Premier League leaders, Liverpool, over comparisons with the Manchester United treble-winning side of 1999. Liverpool are on course to end their 30-year title wait, however, the Reds have now suffered six defeats across the season. By contrast, United's 1999 side lost just five times during their campaign. Cole posted an image on Instagram of the stats, which also included Man City's 2018/19 side - who lost six times - and Arsenal's 2003/04 Invincibles - who were defeated seven times in all competitions. Under the table was a picture of Cole aboard United's open-top bus parade in 1999, and he captioned the image: "Priceless."
