Ally McCoist makes prediction about Leeds United

Former Rangers and Scotland striker Ally McCoist has spoken out on Leeds United following their 1-0 defeat to Brighton on Saturday. The defeat against the Seagulls was Leeds' 3 defeat in a row since their 5-0 win over West Brom in the Premier League. Marcelo Bielsa's side are currently 12th in the league table with 14-points behind league leaders Manchester United. "I don't think they're tired, that's just the way they play the game and that's the way Leeds are going to be," he said on talkSport. "Would it suprise you if Leeds went out and win their next couple of games 4-2 and 5-3, then get beat 3-0? I just think that's Leeds. That result wasn't a surprise really for me at the weekend. Brighton's form in terms of the way they've been playing has been okay. Clearly they're in an area of the league they wouldn't want to be in. We've sat and spoke about this on many Monday mornings, that Brighton's performances have been better than the results, which is all very fit and well saying that but it's points and results that keep you in the leage. "That was a big, big three points for Brighton, they've played a couple of games more than teams below them." "I genuinely think they'll be okay, I really do," he said. "They'll continue in the fashion they are, they'll entertain, they'll win games, they'll leave you bewildered sometimes at some of the defending, with the empty spaces in the middle of the park and the defence but I think that's them." source - yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk
