Alexis Sanchez payed tribute to former teammate Andres Iniesta

Manchester United player Alexis Sanchez has paid tribute to former Barcelona teammate Andres Iniesta after the veteran player announced his retirement at the end of the season. Iniesta has spent all his career in Barcelona coming through the club’s La Masia academy. The veteran player won eight La Liga titles, four Champions Leagues and 13 domestic trophies. Sanchez played alongside Iniesta for one of those title wins, back in the 2012-13 campaign, and he has now taken to social media to praise his former teammate. He wrote on Instagram: ‘It was a privilege to enjoy football by your side, you made everything all so easy. ‘I wish you the best of the world, magician Andres Iniesta.’
