Alexandre Lacazette provides update after sustaining worrying injury against Manchester United

Arsenal star Alexandre Lacazette has taken to Instagram to provide an update on his injury which he sustained during the Gunners goalless draw with Manchester United on Saturday. Mikel Arteta's side hosted the Red Devils in the Premier League and the game ended in a goalless draw. Lacazette was substituted at the 90+4' minute after competing for an aerial ball with Harry Maguire and then landing awkwardly on his head. Eddie Nketiah came to replace the striker. Following the game, the Gunners star posted a picture of himself from what it looks like a medical room via Instagram Stories and wrote a message on the picture. The message reads: "All good over on this side. Thanks for the doctors for the support and the fans for their concern."
