Arsenal player Alexandre Lacazette has claimed the atmosphere in Ligue 1 is better than in England. Lacazette has scored 14 goals in his debut campaign for Gunners and now he is in the second full Premier League season.
The former Lyon player, who has regained his form, admits he misses playing in front of supporters in Ligue 1.
I miss Ligue 1’s atmosphere,’ Lacazette told Le Progres. ‘In England, the fans are more spectators than supporters. ‘There’s a better atmosphere in French stadiums.’
Lacazette is enjoying an excellent season , including the brace he scored against Fulham in the 5-1 win.
Lacazette and Arsenal are back in action on Monday night when they welcome Leicester City to the Emirates.
