Alexander Zverev makes Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic retirement plea

Alexander Zverev has called on the Big Three of Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic to continue their playing days so he has more chances to beat them. Zverev wants to prove he can reach similar heights without cowering in the shadows “Are we going to take over at some point? Yes! We have to,” Zverev said. “They’re not going to be there forever. And anyway, I actually don’t want those guys to retire. I just want to be better than them. “I’m not sitting at home and thinking, ‘OK, I still have, what, two, three years until they retire, and then I’m going to take over tennis’.
