Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain welcomed Naby Keita to Liverpool

Naby Keita completed a £53m move from RB Leipzig to Anfield and was handed Steven Gerrard’s iconic No. 8 jersey. Oxlade-Chamberlain welcomed Keita as he was among few players who didn’t take part in World Cup because of knee ligament injury. Chamberlain immediately introduced himself and engaged in some small talk, saying: ‘Hey you alright? You OK? Nice to meet you. Welcome!’ He  is not expected to return to first-team action before the end of the year, Chamberlain added: ‘I saw the surgeon just now today. He’s happy with everything so we’re moving in the right direction.
