Alan Shearer has spotted something worrying about Mohamed Salah

Liverpool are in a tough title race with Manchester City as there are few games left for the Premier League and former footballer Alan Shearer fears that Salah's low-key performances might cost the Reds a title. Shearer has also claimed that Salah has become easy to read for the opponent defenders. "Defenders all know what Salah wants to do now," said Shearer. (via TheSun)

"He wants to cut in from the right to shift on to his left foot. He is also not influencing the big games like he once was. Salah seems to be lacking confidence and is showing a few signs of nerves. That is really worrying for the Reds at such a crucial time of the season. "Salah has 17 Premier League goals so far this campaign and that, of course, is still a decent return. "But he is not hitting the heights he did last season, when he already had 24 goals in the top flight at this stage. And this is the year when it actually really matters, with Liverpool going for the title." Mo Salah has scored 20 goals in 41 appearances so far this season and provided 9 assists.
