Alan Shearer highlights Manchester United biggest transfer problem after Brighton win

Alan Shearer has highlighted the biggest transfer problem Manchester United face after the club's Premier League win over Brighton on Saturday. The Red Devils have celebrated a 3 - 2 victory over the rivals with an impressive come back as Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes scored the winning goals for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side. And Shearer has spoken up on the dramatic clash, sharing his praise on United forward Rashford and highlighting the weaknesses of the Red Devils. He said: “On the plus side, they’ve still got this wonderful combination of hitting teams on the break. A magnificent pass from Bruno Fernandes, the weight of the pass and the run from Rashford, but there is so much more to do. He sits Ben White down twice. That is a magnificent goal. “For all that we saw about them being poor defensively, they’ve still got that magic moving forward and can offer things like that.” Asked where United need to add players, Shearer told the BBC: “At the back, they need to strengthen. It’s too easy to run in behind them, they need some pace at the back for the way they want to play. "For me, they need to sort that centre-back pairing out.”
