Ainsley Maitland-Niles reveals Arsenal star is the king of nutmegs in training

Arsenal midfielder Ainsley Maitland-Niles has claimed that Gabriel Martinelli ‘loves a nutmeg’ in training. The 24-year-old stated that it shouldn’t be a surprise that Martinelli has that in his locker because it’s ‘in his DNA’. The Brazilian grew up watching clips of World Cup winner Ronaldinho on YouTube, so it shouldn't be a surprise. And speaking to the club’s official Twitch account, Maitland-Niles said: “Martinelli loves a nutmeg. He loves trying a nutmeg. It’s in his DNA, he is Brazilian.” Martinelli has played just 4 games for Gunners and assisted once, while Maitland-Niles played seven times and as well assisted once.
