Agent confirms Arsenal’s interest in signing 22-year-old Serie A star

Arsenal are gearing up for a busy few months in the transfer market and a new goalkeeper is on the agenda as Cech will retire when his contract expires. Radu has emerged as a potential transfer target with reports suggesting the Inter stopper is on Emery’s radar. The player’s representative, Crescenzo Cecere, says several other clubs including Lyon are keen on the Romanian so Arsenal may face stiff competition for his signature. Cecere is quoted by the Mirror as saying: “There are so many teams interested, including Lyon. Recently, there was also a survey from Arsenal. He is a very interesting prospect since he is growing a lot, from all points of view.”
