5 records Cristiano Ronaldo is likely to break at Juventus

Cristiano Ronaldo is the record making machine. The Portuguese player leaves no record unturned. His mission seems to break all the previous records and make such new records with are impossible to be broken. Over the course of his career, Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has received five Ballon d'Or awards, and is tied for most all-time. Widely regarded as one of the greatest goalscorers and players of all time, Ronaldo holds the records for most official goals scored in the top five European leagues (399), the UEFA Champions League (120), the UEFA European Championship (29) and the FIFA Club World Cup (7), as well as most goals scored in a UEFA Champions League season (17). He has scored 680 senior career goals for club and country. Moreover, he is also the first player in history to win four European Golden Shoes. Ronaldo has moved away from Real Madrid to join Italian giants Juventus and what he will achieve at the club remains to be seen. Here are five records that the Portuguese talisman can break during his time in Italy. First player to win the Premier League, LaLiga and Serie A So far, there is no player in the history of football who has won top-flight titles in England, Spain and Italy.  Cristiano Ronaldo has already won two top-tier competitions - the Premier League with Manchester United and the LaLiga with Real Madrid. Considering the fact that his new side Juventus have won seven consecutive titles, Ronaldo could well be on the course to become the player to set this new record. Winning the Champions League with three different clubs This record is currently held by Clarence Seedorf, who is the only player to have won the UEFA Champions League with three different clubs: Ajax, Real Madrid and AC Milan. Cristiano Ronaldo is incredibly close to the record as he has won the title with Manchester United and Real Madrid. Most Serie A goals in a single season   The record for the most goals in a Serie A season is currently held by Gonzalo Higuaín with 36 goals. With Ronaldo now playing a vital role in Juventus's goal-scoring, the Portuguese looks all set to replace his Juventus teammate as the player with most Serie A goals in a season. First player to be the top-scorer in Premier League, LaLiga and Serie A There is currently no player in football history who has been the top goal-scorer in three top-tier leagues. John Charles (of Leeds and Juventus) and Christian Vieri (of Atlético Madrid and Inter) are the only two players to have come close as they have topped the scoring charts in two of Europe’s leagues. Ronaldo is close to breaking this record as well, having won the Premier League Golden Boot with United in 2007/08 and the Trofeo Pichichi thrice in Spain (2010/11, 2013/14, 2014/15). Top-scorer in all competitions in a season for Juventus The current top-scorer in all competitions for the Italian giants is Ferenc Herzer, having scored 35 goals in the 1925-26 campaign. Given the fact that Ronaldo has consistently scored more than 50 goals in each of his last eight seasons, it's safe to say that if he continues to be the player that he is, he will in all likelihood break Herzer's record to be the club's top-scorer in all competitions in a season.
