Vettel believes he can still win a world title with Ferrari

Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel believes he can still fight for a world title with Ferrari, despite another failed season with Scuderia. In two consecutive seasons Ferrari shows strong results in the first half, but fail to keep the level after summer.
