Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly turned down a €35 million offer from Napoli for the services of Maximilian Kilman.
According to Atheltic journalist David Ornstein, the reigning Italian champions, have identified the 26-year-old left-sided center-back as a potential replacement for Kim Min-Jae, who has been strongly linked with a move to Bayern Munich.
The Wanderers, however, are standing firm in their valuation of the 26-year-old and have made it clear that they will not entertain any offers below €40 million.
Moreover, the defender, currently contracted with the club until 2026, has expressed his openness to the possibility of extending his stay at the Molineux, indicating that there is no immediate pressure from either him or the club to accept Napoli's advances.
Kilman joined the Midland outfit from Maidenhead United in 2018 for a mere £40,000, initially intended to bolster the Under-23s squad. Since then, he has made an impressive 107 appearances for the first team, establishing himself as a key player for the club.
