Wolves' Raul Jimenez reacts to Manchester United links

Wolverhampton Wanderers' forward Raul Jimenez has reacted to the transfer interest from Manchester United and has claimed that Champions League qualification is not the be all and end all. The Mexican striker has scored 39 goals since joining from Benfica, initially on loan, last season. Wolves paid £30m to sign Jimenez on a permanent deal and he hasn't disappointed. Despite being linked with a move away from Molineux, mainly to Manchester United, Jimenez has no interest in quitting, as he has signed a long-term deal when he joined permanently in April. On a Facebook Live Q&A, Wolves man said: "I have a contract until 2023. It's not that we have to qualify for the Champions League in order to stay. I'm good [here], happy with Wolves, doing important things - me as well as the whole team. "We've been trying our best since the start of last season. We've qualified for the Europa League, now we're fighting for a Champions League spot. "And it's the big motivation to keep growing as a player and getting into the Champions League is always a plus that satisfies you and keeps you thinking about big things." Source- Mirror
