Crystal Palace winger Wilfred Zaha has decided to switch his national team allegiance to Ivory Cost where he spent first years of his life
Ivorian Football Federation has confirmed that Zaha contacted FIFA via a formal letter to start the nationality change process.
Zaha was with his father and national team coach,Michel Dussuyer, in London when he signed the letter.
Zaha has two capps for England (Sweden 2012 and Scotland,2013), but both of those were not competitive games, so the Palace winger still remains eligible to represent his country of birth.
