West Ham signing Said Benrahma shares his excitement over start of Premier League life

West Ham new signing Said Benrahma is delighted with his start to life at the club. The Algerian winger, who joined on loan from Brentford with a view to a £30million move next summer, impressed on his first start for the club at Leeds last week having made two assists in four appearances from the bench in recent weeks. Head coach David Moyes had eased the 25-year-old into his side following the step up from the Championship and Benrahma feels he has settled well. Speaking to Hammers official website, Benrahma said:
“I am so happy for my first start, I am happy we won and that I played 84 minutes. “Step by step, game after game and the more I play, I am getting a good feeling with the team and I am happy with the way I am adapting. “All my teammates and coaches have helped me to settle in here at the club, which has been good for me. “I play for the team and to be effective, not for myself, and the purpose of this skill is to create a chance or a goal."
