“Well someone’s going to have to go” – Pundit predicts exit at Tottenham

Former Tottenham  striker Darren Bent has insisted that Jose Mourinho could let Davinson Sanchez leave the club. The 23-year-old centre-back moved to North London from Ajax in 2017 for a then club record fee of £42million which eclipsed the £30million which Spurs paid Newcastle United to land Moussa Sissoko. During an appearance on talkSPORT, Bent claimed that Juan Foyth could also be on the chopping block and highlighted the fact that Mourinho once tried to target Sanchez during his time at Manchester United. “Well someone’s going to have to go,” he said. “Obviously Foyth hasn’t really played too much, that’s a position there. You have to say he doesn’t really fancy Davinson Sanchez. I think when he was at United and they played against Ajax I think it was, he even targeted letting Sanchez have the ball, now he’s in charge of him. So I think obviously that’s another area.” Source- Spurs-Web
