"We cannot do that": Jurgen Klopp responds to what fans are saying about Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Liverpool simply cannot go and sign attackers of Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah’s quality. The duo will be out of action for Reds in January as they will take part in The Africa Cup of Nations. Meanwhile, the club has not signed any new attackers this summer and is likely to rely on Divock Origi and Takumi Minamino, as well as teenager Harvey Elliott. “That’s completely fine, we knew it and we will deal with it,” Klopp said about Mane and Salah leaving Liverpool for AFCON in January. “People are now saying: ‘You have to sign two strikers of the same quality of Sadio and Mo.’ That cannot be the solution because we cannot do that.” The Africa Cup of Nations will take place from January 9th to February 6th.
